Guarantee and refund policy

If for any reason you are not totally happy with any product purchased from Euromeed International Limited on this web site and notify us within fourteen days of receipt of the delivery (by phone, fax or email stating your reasons), providing that the goods have been used in accordance with our written instructions, we will refund your payment in full.

Our Portable Steam Saunas carry a 12-month guarantee from date of purchase. This guarantee does not cover damage by misuse or negligence. Please keep your sales invoice – this is your guarantee and you should also keep the original packaging. In the unlikely event that you need to return your sauna to our repair centre while it is under guarantee there will be a £10 handling charge.
